Job Description

Role - We are in the business of finding people happiness and consequently somebody who is jovial, mature, results-oriented and cares deeply for our customers will be able to succeed in this role. The team lead is responsible for Supervising, motivating and monitoring team performance.


Responsibilities

1. Design and maintain various training manuals and workbooks, with particular emphasis on keeping content up to date, through liaison with the supervisor.

2. Compile and submit monthly report on training activities and needs on a timely and concise manner

3. Assist in the delivery of formal induction and process for new hires training.

4. Providing Effective Training Sessions for Agent & Middle level to improve the Productivity

5. Coaching Team Members on Soft Skills & Process

6. Organize and present activities that will reinforce the learning process.

7. Develops individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources; providing coaching; conducting training sessions; developing outcome improvement resources.

8. Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available; integrating support with routine job functions.

9. Trainer needs to test the new staffs. Periodic tests are necessary to know the performance of trainee. It also assists in personal evaluation process.

10. Based on the evaluation, trainers recommend improvements.


Requirements

1. Bachelors Degree.

2. 2 years experience developing the above skills. Experience must include tele-marketing job.

3. 1 year experience as Trainer in a domestic call center with a team of more than 20 traines

4. Fluency with general desktop productivity software.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Strong people, interaction skills

6. Clear diction and clarity in speech (nasal voice, lisps, stammer etc to be avoided).

7. Extremely detail oriented and ability to organize.

8. Problem-solving ability & creative - out of the box thinker.
