Role – We are looking to onboard an exceptional B2C Sales Leader. You will be working in close coordination with an award-winning management team. The incumbent will be accountable for the sales strategy and revenue growth of the Western market with a razor-sharp focus on increasing market share.
Job Requirements
What you will do in this role
- Lead the team in creating the business growth map for the west region, focusing on critical levers such as Planning, Execution, and Quality
- Required to grow the business at an exponential pace with expansion into new geographies
- Regular reporting on sales performance including sales forecasts, revenue, new customer acquisition, competitor activity & customer needs
- Oversee day-to-day operations, employees work productively, recruitment and training of new & existing employees
What you should have
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Sales domain
- B2C sales experience is mandatory
- Strong analytical abilities & good interpersonal skills
- Experience in managing a large sales / Tele-calling team
