Job Description

Title Product Advisor – Market Development Role We are in the business of finding people happiness and consequently somebody who is jovial, mature, resultsoriented and cares deeply for our customers will be able to succeed in this role Product Advisor is responsible for registering people who enquire with us and converting them into premium membership while giving them matchmaking solutions through relationship management and positive approach Responsibilities Working with and supporting the Center Manager and marketing team to generate a continuous flow of enquiries and walk-ins and converting them into premium memberships at the Centre 1. Handling telephonic and walk-in enquiries at the centre 2. Making outbound calls to members / other enquiry database and offering them matchmaking solutions 3. Following the defined sales process to convert Enquiries into members 4. Recording all the details of the enquiries in the specified format and entering them into system 5. Getting all the statutory ID and qualification proofs from the premium members and storing it safely 6. Making required number of calls for following up with Enquiries which are not converted 7. Updating the details of follow-up in the system 8. Meeting Sales and conversion Targets 9. Appearing for periodic evaluations 10. Maintaining various reports related to Sales and Accounts 11. In case call needs to be escalated, noting details and forwarding it to the seniors 12. Interfacing with walk-in customers, explaining to them features of and converting them to Premium Membership 13. Maintaining all documentation that pertains to the above responsibilities 14. Coordinating with the service team to smoothly handover converted members Requirements 1. Minimum HSC passed 2. Females preferred 3. Extremely presentable with a pleasing personality 4. Fluent in English, Hindi & Telegu with a neutral accent 5. Minimum 6 months of work experience (preferably from Insurance, or Sales experience from Telecom or Financial sector) 6. Familiarity with the Internet and the usage of computers 7. High level of empathy 8. At least average writing skills 9. Service orientation and listening skills 10. Handling irate customers 11. Problem solving and objection handling abilities 12. Strong local culture sensitivity 13. Clear diction and clarity in speech Good to have 1. Bachelor’s Degree 2. 2 years experience developing customer-facing skills 3. Maturity & sensitivity to deal with all kinds of people, specially elderly people
