POSH Guidelines
At People Interactive, we believe that a truly great workplace is one where everyone feels safe, respected, and valued. Our POSH Policy, together with our Internal Committee (ICC), reinforces our commitment to providing a workplace where dignity, trust, and mutual respect are protected at all times.
- Respect is non-negotiable. Every individual has the right to work in an environment free from sexual harassment.
- Zero tolerance for harassment. Any form of unwelcome conduct—physical, verbal, visual, digital, or online—is unacceptable.
- An Internal Committee (ICC) is in place. Our ICC is constituted in accordance with the law to receive, investigate, and address complaints fairly, confidentially, and without bias.
- Speak up without fear. We encourage employees to raise concerns with confidence, knowing they will be handled with sensitivity, confidentiality, and without retaliation.
- Everyone is responsible. Creating a respectful workplace is a shared responsibility of every employee, manager, and leader.
- Our standards apply everywhere. Whether in the office, while travelling, working remotely, or at company events, respectful behaviour is expected at all times.
- The culture we build defines us. Every interaction is an opportunity to strengthen a workplace where people feel safe, included, and empowered to do their best work.
